Justice Clapham Circle
What is Biblical justice? What does it look like when I live out God's justice in my everyday life? Where do I see Biblical justice lived out in my world?
What are the issues of injustice? Christians have a place of responsibility and authority to open the gates of justice.
Acts of injustice leave their mark upon our city and state with evidence of evil spirits using men and women in the earth in areas of control, covetousness, material lust, mammon, poverty, pride, and deceit. The oppression of injustice, and its fruit, continues to hinder the advancement of the Gospel of the Kingdom.
Christians need to understand, by definition, what constitutes justice and injustice, and what God’s perspective is on these matters.
A community of individuals have conversations about justice with the intent to ultimately focus on Oklahoma City being a city of salt and light with justice being as God would have it. They meet throughout the year over the lunch hour focusing on “What is Biblical Justice?”.
Currently the Justice Circle is focused on hosting tours of the county jail with a three-step approach: 1) to expose the Church to the need 2) to educate the Church to the current status and 3) for the Church to provide a hope in the issues of criminal justice in our city.
